A Family Meal

Today I want to talk about a family meal that I remember. I think it was 2 years ago, when my grandparents celebrate their 50th marriage anniversary. We celebrate it in the house of my aunt and all my maternal family was there. All my uncles (2), aunts (2), my cousins (11), my grand parents, my mom, my brother and me were there. 

I remember that we ate arabic food, becaused this part of my family are palestinians. We usually buy the arabic food, but this time all the families had to bring part of the food cooked by themselves. My mother and me cooked the stuffed cabbages, which were not so good. The featured recipe was of my uncle Gabriel, who cooked with my cousin "Tajas", this is a Tomato soup with a lot of garlic, rice and lamb meat. 

The memorable of this family meal was that we were in pandemic and we haven´t seen each other for months, so my grand parents got emotionals and we met our new cousin that she was born recently. This day we talk a lot with my cousins, who are my same age, and at the night, when i was in my home, we play online with them.

A Holiday as a child

 I don´t know if this holiday are my first holidays, but i think was one of the best vacations that i do with my family. I think it was in the summer of 2013, when i was 10 years old and we go to Argentina, but in the way we stopped in a lot of places in the South of Chile.  I remember to be in Los Ángeles, in the house of my grandmother, then we go to Pichilemu and Osorno, where one of my best friends in this era had moved. When we finally where in San Martin, Argentina, we haven´t a place to sleep, so we search the hole day an hotel to stay there. Finally we can´t find an hotel, but in the restaurant, where we had dinner, a man say us that he can us recive in his house during a week. I remember that San Martin was very quiet and the more memorable thing that we had do was to navegate in the see in a both with my father and my brother ( My mom is afraid with the waves).  Then we go to Bariloche, where was more touristic and we visited a lot historical constructions and museums. Ingles ejercicio 1

My name is Clemente Fabres, I am 19 years old and I study architecture in "Universidad de Chile".  I was born in Barcelona the year 2003 becaused my parents were studying in this country. Then, in 2007, they comeback to Chile. I lived with my Mother and my brother, who is 16 years old, and my hobbies are playing Tennis and Computer games. Also I like to play any sport with friend like Basketball or Voleyball. I finished the school the year 2021 and I choose the carreer of architecture becaused I think that I will be good in this profession.  Another hobbie that I have is eating, I like to discover new flavors and food combinations. One of my favourites chilean meals is "pastel de papa", but also I like the "empanadas" and "completos". In the future I want to do a gastronomic travel in Europa.

Last Weekend

 Last week was the "semana de receso", so I have a very long "weekend". In this days I seize the time to train Tennis, becaused with the University, I often have not enough time to go to the club. In a normal week I play Tennis 2-3 times and only 1,5 hours per day, but with this mini holidays I reach to play 4 days and almost the whole day (From 11am to 17 o´clock). The plan of the training is very special, because we play only 2 hours in the morning, then we go to the gym 1 hours and 30 minutes, and after lunch we play another time Tennis. Between the fisic preparation and the second Tennis class we have a little moment to lunch, but sometime we are very tired with the gym and we use this break to take a nap and recover energies. After the training, generally, I go to my house, but last Friday I had a Football match with my friends, so I went directly from the club to the Football court, fortunately it was not to far away.
